Design & approval
The live builder is a visual guide, not the finished website. Sharing the Moment creates a professional proof from the submitted request. Nothing is intentionally made public until the customer approves the finished proof.
Included revisions
Essentials includes 1 revision round, Signature 2, and Custom 3. One revision round means one consolidated set of requested design or content changes to the current proof. A new event concept, a complete redesign after approval, or substantial new scope may require a new quote. Additional revision rounds are currently $25 each when agreed before the work begins.
Practical live-detail edits
Once an event site is approved, the private host dashboard can be used to correct practical information such as the event date, time, venue, address, parking, dress code, schedule notes, day-of updates, and other supported live details. Those supported edits do not count as a design revision. Changes to artwork, layout, typography, theme, page structure, or visual direction remain design work and may use a revision round.
Guest Concierge
Guest Concierge is designed to answer only from event information supplied or approved by the host. When the requested answer is not available in those approved details, the service is designed to say that the host has not provided the information rather than inventing an answer. Hosts remain responsible for keeping event information accurate.
Automated reminders & updates
Eligible plans may include scheduled RSVP reminders, pre-event messages, event-day messages, and post-event follow-up. These messages are sent only to guest contacts stored for the event and only through configured communication providers. Hosts can control the supported automation settings from the private host dashboard. Delivery cannot be guaranteed because email, mobile carrier, provider, spam-filter, and recipient settings are outside Sharing the Moment's control.
Turnaround
Target first-proof times are shown on the pricing and checkout pages and begin after payment plus all reasonably required content is received. Large custom requests or delays in receiving customer materials can change the target; any material change should be communicated before work proceeds.
Cancellation & refunds
A customer may request cancellation before design work begins for a full refund of the design fee. Once substantive design work has begun, completed work is compensable. After the first proof is delivered, the design fee is generally non-refundable because the purchased design service has been performed; included revisions and the approval process remain available. Unused optional add-ons that have not been performed can be refunded. If Sharing the Moment cannot deliver the purchased service, the undelivered portion will be refunded.
Hosting & expiration
Essentials includes 6 months, Signature 12 months, and Custom 24 months of standard Sharing the Moment hosting beginning when the site goes live. Expiration reminders are sent before a scheduled expiration when contact information is available. A 12-month extension is currently $24.
Domains
A standard sharingthemomentco.com/your-event URL is included. Custom-domain connection is an optional service currently priced at $29; the cost to buy or renew a third-party domain name is separate unless a written quote says otherwise.
Customer & guest content
Customers are responsible for having permission to provide and publish uploaded photos, artwork, names, logos, guest contact information, and other materials. Sharing the Moment may refuse illegal, infringing, abusive, or unsafe material. Hosts should only import guest contact information they are permitted to use for the event.
Launch policy version: August 23, 2026. A written custom quote can override a specific term for that project.
