Sharing the Moment

Copyright & content-rights process

We respect creators and customer ownership.

Customer submissions

Customers keep ownership of customer-supplied content and must have the rights, licenses, consents, or authority needed to ask us to use it. Sharing the Moment receives only the limited project-use license described in the Service Terms unless the customer separately grants optional advertising permission.

Reporting suspected infringement

If you believe content used through Sharing the Moment infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property right, email hello@sharingthemomentco.com with: your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work or right claimed; the specific Sharing the Moment page, project, or material at issue; a statement describing why you believe the use is unauthorized; and enough information for us to investigate. We may request a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature before acting on a formal copyright complaint.

What we may do

We may temporarily restrict access, contact the customer, request proof of permission, remove material, preserve relevant records, or take other reasonable steps while reviewing a complaint. We may reject incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive notices.

DMCA process status

This page provides a direct copyright complaint process. It does not state that Sharing the Moment has completed a U.S. Copyright Office DMCA designated-agent registration unless that registration is separately completed and confirmed in Company records. If a formal designated-agent registration is completed later, this page should be updated with the registered agent details.
