Sharing the Moment

Quick answers

Know what you are buying before you checkout.

Short answers to the questions most likely to come up while choosing a package, reviewing a proof, or planning physical add-ons.

Is the builder preview my final invitation?

No. Builder examples are style directions and planning previews. After secure payment and a complete brief, we create a private working proof for you to review like a guest would.

Do my guests need an account or app?

No. Normal guests open the event from the link you share. They can use the guest features included with your package without creating a Sharing the Moment account.

When does the first-proof timing start?

After payment and the required event details are complete. If something important is missing, we identify what is needed so the order does not silently sit in the queue.

How do revisions work?

Essentials includes 1 revision round, Signature 2, and Custom 3. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the current proof. Invitation Only follows the revision terms shown at checkout.

Can I change event details after the invitation is live?

Yes. Supported practical details such as time, address, parking, schedule, and day-of notices can be updated without using a design revision. Major visual redesigns are different.

What is the 5% showcase discount?

It is optional and applies to Event Hub packages when you separately allow a privacy-clean advertising copy of the finished design. It does not apply to Invitation Only and it does not subscribe you or your guests to marketing.

How are physical add-ons handled?

We route purchased physical products through the event-matched fulfillment instructions, recheck the vendor's live price/stock/arrival estimate, and use a business safety buffer. If the event is too close for a responsible standard promise, the system should flag it instead of pretending it will arrive.

What if Sharing the Moment cannot accept my paid request?

Paid requests are reviewed before production begins. If we cannot reasonably or safely accept the project before design work begins, the service terms provide for the design payment to be refunded through Stripe.

Where can I read the full policies?

The footer links directly to the Service Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Copyright/content-rights process. Checkout also requires the relevant acknowledgements before payment.
